A small goodwill ambassador in Vienna, the capital of music

Br/>The world's most famous Vienna Boys Choir boasts more than 500 years of tradition. In 2017, it was registered as austria's UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, inheriting the sound of its special technical education and chorus.

About 100 members live together, transcending nationality, language and culture, at the Autarten Palace in Vienna for a short period of time from the age of 10 to 14. They are divided into four groups of musicians with ties to the choir: Schubert, Haydn, Mozart and Bruckner.

As a member of the court orchestra in vienna, he performs in Mass, performs with the Vienna Philharmonic and the Vienna State Opera, and has performed about 300 performances a year around the world, attracting an audience of 500,000.

Long-term expeditions such as overseas performances once a year per group. The same group visits Japan once every four years, and the same members do not meet twice. In Japan, there are always new faces and encounters with new choruses. His first visit to Japan was in 1955. Our connection to Japan has been long, and in the event of the Great East Japan Earthquake, we have provided support for the disaster-stricken areas, including a charity performance by all four groups in vienna's history.

The Vienna Boys Choir, a great conductor, toscanini, and the voice of an angel. As small professionals, their performances entertain the audience a lot not only with classical music but also in film music, pop music and Japanese songs, as well as dance and musical instruments.

In 2019, Japan and Austria celebrated 150 years of diplomatic relations. In 2020, 65 years after the first visit of the Vienna Boys Choir, Schubert (Capelmeister: Oliver Stech) will visit Japan.

The song varies depending on the date of the performance.
