Artistic director Eriko Ogawa's "Kotozen" is >
The beginning of the 2019/2020 season begins with three of the "Kotozen" series. "Kotozen" means individual and whole, and the theme is the relationship between individuals and nations, individual and social structures, and the ideology of individuals and groups, as well as "one human and one collective."

"Individuals" who are taken into the pressure of totalitarianism with a sense of obstruction. However, the "individual" gathers and creates "whole". The three directors draw the relationship between the inseparable individual and the aggregate, the interaction, and the conflict and conflict in it from their respective perspectives.

All productions are new translations, including the Japanese premiere. The production will also include Marie Goto and Misaki Setoyama, who made their first appearance at the New National Theater, and Eriko Ogawa, the artistic director.

Series "Kotozen" Vol.3
"Bengal Tiger at Baghdad Zoo" performed in December 2015 at the New National Theatre The third installment of the series will be the "Guard of the Taj Mahal", which was premiered in June of the same year by rajiv Joseph.

Mughal Empire under construction of Taj Mahal. The only two characters in the story, which begins on the eve of its completion, are Huma Yun and Barbour. The conversation between the two of them, who are also childhood friends, guarded the construction site of the Taj Mahal through out overnight, is increasingly thrilling over time, with many issues such as beauty and power, ruler and resistance, loyalty to the country and personal dignity.

>A story depicting a universal conflict between human beings living within a framework.

>====================================================================================================================================================================================================================================>br/>><>>><>>>>>>gt;gt;gt;;gt;================================================== Agra of the Mughal Empire in 1648. In front of the Taj Mahal under construction. "No one should see the Taj Mahal during the construction period," the emperor said.

Finally, the day before the day of the Taj Mahal's unveiling, we're guarding overnight, Huma Yun and Barbour. They have been best friends since childhood and are now enlisted in the army. During security, you must turn your back on the Taj Mahal and remain silent and be upright. However, the barble of the fantasist cannot be kept silent, and it talks to Humayun who keeps standing in the manner.

Two conversations are like two people in 'Waiting for Godot' or 'Rosenkrantz and Gildenstern are dead', like two people, but they're like a relentless verbal response. It draws the difference between two people and it goes.

Eventually, the two of them are driven into a too unreasonable and tragic situation, starting with a word that Barbour inadvertently uttered. What's beyond that?
